Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Speed Call on Hospitality clustered

Hi all,
I have a issue with Speed Call restriction override on on Hospitality clustered. I have 3 3300 in a clustered with 1 T1. PBX-A has the T1, PBX-B and PBX-C use the T1 of PBX-A to make and received calls. I have 3 speed call setup, Speed call 3450> 91800 555-1122 3451> 91800 555-2233 3452>>94773350. On PBX-A I can dial all 3 speed call with no issue, on PBX-B & PBX-C I can only dial speedcall 3452, However, If I change the COR on the phone to allow LD calls with out a code I can dial all 3 speed dial without any issue. The issue seems to be even with restriction override I can't not use speedcall 3450 and 3451.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all,
I'm trying to record messages for my NPpoint receptionist. it said press the * key when you login your mail box, however when i do that I get an error saying invalid option
is there something the COS that need to be enable for me to be ale to access the recording

Hi All,
I have some issue with users that have upgraded to IOS 10, They unable to connect to the UCA server Android users are fine just the IOS 10 users.

I was wondering if the server have to be upgraded to accommodate the IOS 10 user?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi All,
I have an issue is there any way on the SX 2000 or the 3300ICP when a user have a voicemail the display don't show that they have a message just light the LED. I never notice it be I have a user that said to me that before the system crash when they have a message it only use to light the LED, but now it light the LED and it display that they have a message on the display.

Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / SX2000 Redundant system

Hi All,
I have a issue with a SX2000 redundant system. The hard drive in plane B failed so we were operating on plane A. Someone did the DBMS flag off on the Active side the system rebooted now the data base is blank.

I have a copy of the backup that I was able to load on the Active plane however services was not restored. I also did a DBMS status and DBMS_Initialize is OFF which. I have a few question

1. Can i load the system from the good drive? if so how can it be done
2. After database been restored what needs to be done in order for the active to operate on the restored database.
3. After a DBMS save DBMS_Initialize is not set to on. what can cause that.


Any help is appreciated.

We have 2 carrier for LD calls when a user want to make a LD call they will dial 8  which is a VOIP services but not always reliable.
When all else fail then we would dial 9 for that LD call.


I don't have the UCA inserting a 9. If a UCA user want to dial they would put the 9+ there number. the problem here is if they dial 8+ there number they get a busy right away.

Hi,
We have a issue with our UCA we have 2 access codes to dial out. we can dial out using 9 on the uca with no problem however we are unable to dial out using 8 access code.  We can dial 8 from our desk phone just not the UCA.

I have a issue we have a SX200 ICP we just installed a T1 DID However, what have a issue our DID dont match our exten. Is there a way I can map my DID to a non DID extn.
This is not a PRI.

Hi All,
I have this strange issue on a PRI and it is a intermittenting problem. We can make calls over our PRI but every so often we can't received calls. When a customer call our main number it will ring once and goes fast busy.  The only solution I have found so far to address this problem is reboot the system.

We have had the CO change all their equipment and the problem still exist. I had the CO monitor the call as it hits the PRI they said the call it getting to the PBX However' The PBX is rejecting the call.

Any help would be appreciated
