No, but if you set the text size to small, you should get both name and number on the key appearance.

Thought that was the case but I find anymore the more I think, the more I discover I have forgotten.  Thanks for the answer.

Transfer mailboxes should work.  Single digit mailbox transfer to desired extension, RG, HG.

I have a customer who wants to dial out of UCA as well as out of Outlook.  I can dial out of UCA fine providing the number is programmed correctly in Outlook.  The issue is the customer has many numbers in Outlook that they did not program a 1 for and they do not want to edit the numbers in Outlook.  They are using SIP trunks so sometimes the number will work and sometimes not.   Mitel TS states the dialing plan must be uniform.  Has anyone worked with this and had much success?

In addition dialing out from another system I can dial fine from UCA, corporate contacts and imported contacts.  Dialing from Outlook seldom works unless you put a - in front of the number.  Dialing out of Outlook results always in a 7 digit dial being dialed, unless a - is placed before the call.  Any thoughts?

I believe I know the answer to this but I will ask.  Customer wants CallerID Name to display.  Checked that when calling from a line that has CallerID Name that this works.  Name displays at the top of a 5330 Phone and also on the multi call key.  Now they want to know if the name can display at the top of the display and the number on the multi call key.  Any thoughts?

Sorry but we figured this out just after this message was posted.  Turned out to probably we a firmware issue with the Cisco AP.

The questions that you are asking will require much more information to answer.  What type of voice mail is the system using? If not embedded voice mail what version?  Is it 3-4 digit, what kinds of trunks do you have.  What is the software version of the 3300?

We have installed several Polycom 8020 phones on an MCD Ver. 5.0 SP1 and they are connected and working.  We are using WPP for QOS.  The Cisco AP's are 1250's.

The issue is when we use a phone in site survey mode the phones don't connect to all the access points that they should.  In checking things out some access points never are selected as the primary access point even when you are standing right below them.  Any suggestions as to what setting in the AP could cause this issue.
