Hey guys,
my backups started failing 2 days ago and the following error can be found in the logs.
VM PORT 12 is not idle.
On a normal backup that works as intended, this error message doesn't appear in the logs.
How can I fix this?

Putty to port 2002 and restart the VM...
iPVM_Stop
and wait until it finishes, then enter
iPVM_Start
and wait for it to complete. You should then be able to do your backup.
Of course, you could just do a scheduled reboot at 3am or something and then back it up tomorrow.
