Anyone know if it's possible to edit the template used for the invite email AWV sends out to invitees? This is on MiCollab 7.3.

lundah,
What exactly are you wanting to edit?
Thanks,

Customer wants to add text before/after the web link to remind internal users to use the Windows AWV client instead, they've been having some config conflict issues with the web AWV client breaking other applications.

Yes, you can edit it... We had to do it at a site that had more than 3 access numbers (several international numbers) and we had to add them manually into the template file, but any upgrade will over-write the file. It's been a while since we did it, can't find my notes. If you open a ticket with support they can tell you the template file you need to edit. (Sorry, thought I had the info here, but after 30 minutes of searching I can't find it)

If it's built by a template file, making the change to the equal within customer-templates and expanding the file should keep after upgrade. Editing the original template will get overridden. At least that is how e-smith used to work

I wouldn't mind knowing how to do this, if anybody finds out?
We would like to edit the template so it can offer multiple numbers, eg, "internal: nnnn" "NSW: nnnn nnnn" "VIC: nnnn nnnn" etc...

Tech support told me it can't be changed. I'm sure there's a template file somewhere in the filesystem, but it seems like poking around for it could be a bit risky. Submitted a DCR for it, at least.

This does appear to be among the templates in /usr/awc/connpoint/content/templates. Think the file that creates t is wdinvite.asp
Looked at it briefly with notepad++ and it looked like this might be doable.
As this is created by the rpm, any mod would not survive and upgrade

So you would ftp to the controller, navigate to that directory, copy off the file, edit it then ftp it back?
