Title: Mitel 3330 Call Pickup Display - Preview Mode

Hi All - hoping someone can help me. I have a number of users in a Pick Up Group. I have created a lamp button on phones that flashes when another phone within the Pick Up group is ringing and when pressed allows user to pick the call up. The Question I have been asked is, is it possible for other users within the Pick Up Group see who is calling before picking call up? I have taken a look online and came across a function called - 'Call Pickup Display' which is a COS that can be activated. I have taken a look at our COS and can not see this option.

Can anyone assist in confirming if this is still a valid COS and if so, why I wouldn't be seeing this

It looks like it is only available in release 8.x.  I do not see it in my 7.x version.

Using this on version 8, works fine. No idea why it took so long to get this pretty basic feature.
