In YSE, when looking at the callflow, I can enable reporting on an element by ticking a box in its options.
I can't figure out how I could produce the relevant reports - Flexible Reporting doesn't seem to have anything in it that refers to IVR elements...

under ccmweb, reports, administrative; condition reports. you should find all those in there. make sure you name them properly, else you gonna have some fun looking for them
you cannot access these via flexible. flexible is not really all that flexible frankly
