Apparently I have gone brain dead, as I can't remember how to assign multiple key appearances of a DID to the phones on a 5000...example...customer wants 123-4567 to have three appearances on a 5330 set, so they can potentially field three different calls.
I know on the 3300 you can set either multicall or key system keys and each key acts independently.
Thanks, Jim

Crowtalks,
No worries, In the MiVO-250 they are call Call Keys and each on you add will have a different number, that is if you don't need them as individual trunks like a KSU.
Thanks,

Yeah, that's right...from what I recall with the 5000...you can't modify the label on those keys to reflect 123-4567 (on a 5330 phone)...or can you?
Along the same line...how can I build three Call Keys for three DID appearances and also have two separate intercom appearances of the same extension on my keymap? I'm thinking if I have Call Keys and Intercom keys, the intercom keys light together...
Thanks, Jim

I looked at my reply and to me it looked a little haughty...I wasn't "schooling" you which is how it looked to me, rather it was a light-bulb moment, as in "Oh, that's right!, I remember now...
Thanks, Jim
