Title: Close Caption Phone with Caller ID

I recently deployed a CC phone purchased off Amazon and used one of my analog ONS ports to create a number. The phone works as advertised but there is no caller ID. I'm not sure if the phone allows for caller ID but how do I ensure the ONS port is setup to utilize caller ID if that's possible?
