Title: Mitel 5000 Intelligent Router rules issue

I have rules set up for call restriction during specific times in different time zones (collection call center). Rules are in place and work but sporadically calls slip through the rules. Area codes are programmed in rules and agent extensions are set as active in the rule but calls still get through. Has anyone ran into this before and if so how did you resolve it.
