Title: Message Light Not Lighting

I have a 250 running 6.1 serv pack 1. I have the lamp programmed as a message lamp. They get the notification on their screen but the lamp doesn't light. It does work intermittently.

Any ideas would be appreciated!

What style phones are having the issue?

Is there a notification on the screen that there are waiting messages?

The screen alerts for each message but the light only intermittently.

Try a new phone and see if the problem persists.
