Hey Mitels,
We are running Mitel 5000 in our environment and have a dedicated server running Mitel Customer Service Manager and IBM DB2 database.
I recently noticed that the reports generated from Reporter application only contained outdated information and I could see that the table CTI_CALLLOG_TODAY does not have the most recent information as well. The time of the latest entry on the table was recorded long time ago.
Can someone point me to the right direction so that we can get this issue resolved? Are there any logs that we can check for the possible causes?

It sounds as though you are not getting the OAI information from the system. Go into your CSM Server and verify that it is connected to the 5000.

You're right....our CSM Server wasn't running. :o
A reboot on the server fixed the issue.
