Title: Limitation of how many agents can be in one queue

Hi all

I just wonder if any of you can respond to this query:

I would like to know

1. How many agents can be in one call queue (ACD agent, call pick up queue)
2. Any limitation of one single agent can belong to maximum of how many queue

Depends on your setup, Open your help files from the MCD and search for ACD Planning and you will find a description of the different controllers and their relevant resources
