New deployment of MiVoice Integration For Salesforce. Users in Salesforce are receiving 'Connecting to Mitel OIG' message. Anyone with experience with this integration. Call Center has been configured per MiVoice Integration for Salesforce Administration Guide

done this once. You probably have a DNS issue or certificate issue. Remember you have to install the OIG cert on the workstations otherwise the browser will block it
Use your browsers debug tools to see why it's showing connecting to OIG. F(something) then you get to the debug panel
