Title: Caller ID between IP Sets

Gents,

I have an ip phone in the lobby where guestroom can be dialed. Customer wants that when someone call a guestroom from the phone in the Lobby that it will not show the Guest name and Room number. This is only for this phone in the lobby. Phones at the Frontdesk must see all info.

Never did this. Can someone help.

Class of Service options. Place the phones that need display in one COS, and the ones that you wish to block it from in another. For the phones that need display, set COS option "Suppress Delivery of Caller ID Display between Sets - Override" to Yes. On the COS for the phone you need to block display, set "Suppress Delivery of Caller ID Display between Sets" to Yes, and ensure the override is set to No.
