Hi
I just wonder if anyone ever installed Micollab client 7.2 with custom configuration (custom settings) for all staff? We would like to install this client for 100 + staff and would like to apply those settings for them (integrate with outlook, headset setup...)
other question is about the USB bluetooth/wireless dongle, I believe laptop power option can turn off the USB to save energy, any best practices in there to prevent this happen?

Just wonder if anyone have been using Micollab client as the soft phone option and have any troubles/issues?
We are planning to install this to our staff to replace current Mitel handsets and just seek your thought about this

I've set it up for myself - it works like any other device in your MDUG. I don't have a decent USB headset, so I don't actually use it day to day.
I have a colleague who does though.
My recommendation for that would be to pilot it on about 5% of your user base so you can discover what the issues (cultural as well as technical) are without creating a headache.
