Title: No busy Tone

Hello.

In one in My customer I have a following problem:

Extension has a call form outside, ext_B calls ext_A. Next call is coming from C-side  (first talk is still active ).  C_side has information sound that ext_A is free. We would like to play to C_side  “busy tone” in that case.

COS for trunk and for phone is added to Attachments.

Doesn't have the ext_A more than one line or the line is configured somewhere else? Look at the key 1 of the ext_A and see if there is "Single Line" or "Multicall" in Line Type.

All phones at the customer are Single Line.

Sounds like the camp on busy setting. Mitel takes call and camps it on till the line becomes free caller gets ring tone station gets a tone to let them know there is a call camped on.. There is a setting that you can blank so it doesn't operate (external calls anyway). Auto camp on timer set to blank (not zero; blank). 5302's can't have it cancelled I believe.

I have found a problem :) COS was OK but number on which I was testing it was some way broken. All the time State Extension Number show it as a Out of Service but in the fact it was working all the time. I have check it on another number and busy tone is present if number is busy :)
