I have recently created a new RAD hunt group. When I dial the member extensions directly, my RAD plays perfectly. When I call the hunt group's assigned extension it goes back to a dial tone. I deleted the members out of this hunt group and added two different extensions from another hunt group and it routs correctly. I know I am missing something on my original member extensions. Any suggestions?

Make sure your RAD extensions have a Class of Service that allows them to be RAD.
