Long shot but does anybody have any clues about having a single mailbox alert more than one phone?
A few of our departments have missed some voice messages when a certain member of staff isn't in/on shift. In my opinion they should just develop a better operational procedure with daily checks but I'm trying to make it as user proof as possible.
I'm aware I can use the email system to alert users to check the mailbox but wondered if it were possible to do it all using the phones alone?
Thanks.

I've never seen anything like that in programming; as you've seen, the option is just for one station.
I send the voicemail to a group email box to alleviate the problem of having a single person on vacation.

Thanks Chol, that was pretty much my go to option.

You can use Dynamic Extension Express to light multiple lamps.

AchtungNate,
Look at getting Phone Manager setup which does just what you are wanting to do.
Thanks,

We're currently using Phone Manager 4 on site. I wasn't aware of that sort of functionality in it!?

AchtungNate,
I am not sure prior to 4.2 on how it will look, but if you look within your MCS go to:
Configuration > Site > Features > Applications > Group Messaging
This is the functionality that you are looking for. I am sure it was on the Xarios product line so it should be there. Setting it up is pretty simple and it works great for all the customers I have set it up for.
Thanks,
TE

TE you absolute LEGEND.
Thanks you so much, we were told by our telephone support company that this was impossible.
Tested and fully working.
Karma given and well deserved.
