Title: Message Button 5360 phones

Dear All,

I am facing an issue with 5360 phones ,message waiting button.when there is a voice mail message , the light is getting on on message button , but when we press it does not go to voicemail , just says no messages.If we manually dial group number i am able to retrieve and delete the messages. even message button light going off as well. Can some one help how to make the button to go to voice mail.Voice mail is external voice mail (Tiger)

This is set in the Call Coverage form, do you have the correct voicemail huntgroup set in for voicemail?
