Title: Strange logs on 3300 LX Controller
Post by: Felix on February 24, 2017, 06:27:02 AM
Hi all,

Wondering if any of you could help. We have an ancient 3300 LX controller which recently the power supply went pop. I have replaced this along with the entire chassis but since then I am getting a few issues which are only resolved with a reboot of the Mitel.

One example is that I am getting hundreds of these logs but struggling to know what this means

Log Type:    Software
Log Number:    2299
Severity:    Warning
Date:    2017/Feb/24
Time:    11:14:15
Source:    Call Control - Software
Description:    OS (Message) warning: Receiver process not found. Redun code: $0A $00 $00 TX/RX msid: $00 $03 $42 $00 $00 $00 $01 $00 $00 $00 TX/RX pid: ($0008,$003F) ---------- ($0004,$0603) ---------- appl/func: $3F $22
Module:    Call Control - Software
File Name and Line Number:    log_outputs_util_en.c;2089

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Log Type:    Software
Log Number:    2300
Severity:    Warning
Date:    2017/Feb/24
Time:    11:14:16
Source:    Call Control - Software
Description:    active pid: ($0000,$0000) SUPERVISOR
Module:    Call Control - Software
File Name and Line Number:    log_outputs_util_en.c;2089

I have completed a DBMS check and this is all showing ok but not sure what this log is pointing at.

Many thanks.

After you swapped chassis did you perform a "upgrade bootrom all"?

Are you sure you swapped all the DSP modules from the old cabinet to the new one?

Hi acejavelin,

Thanks for coming back to me. I have not performed the "upgrade bootrom all" command, I will do this next time I am on site, many thanks.

I had a complete spare LX controller so i removed the HD, i button and the DSP modules but to be honest I think some of these may have fried too as I had an error with the DSP's the other day that needed a reboot of the system to clear them out.
