Title: Can't join external calls MCD 8.0 PRI trunks
Post by: Crowtalks on February 15, 2017, 09:35:15 AM: Local government dispatch has caller that needs to speak to a deputy. Dispatch puts the caller on hold and calls the deputy...the deputy calls in to dispatch and when they attempt to join the calls by pressing the "add held call" key they get "CALL BARRED"

I played around with COS bits, to no avail...

I just replaced a Norstar MICS that used the same PRI and they were able to join the calls with the Norstar system, but not the new Mitel 3300

Post by: Crowtalks on February 16, 2017, 07:53:01 AM: The Max Trunk in Conference bit (default of 1) in System Options form was the issue. We set it to 4, tested it and it works.
