We keep getting "sys alarm 132" on the phone displays on "some" not "all" phones.
Anyone know what this means or where I can find it in the logs? I looked at the alarm logs but didn't see any 132 alarm in there.
I did see some license errors like "A125 ALARM Invalid Software License - Reset In 16 Minutes" in the log?
Thanks for any insight!

The reason you see it only on some phones is that alarms are only displayed on phones listed in SYSTEM/PHONE RELATED INFORMATION/FLAGS/ADMINISTRATOR. Alarm 132 is for INVALID OR MISSING LICENSE KEY INFORMATION. I'd start by clicking on ABOUT/MITEL SOFTWARE LICENSE at top of screen, see if that gives you a clue. Especially make sure none of the quantities show "X of Y" to show a X greater than the Y.

Thanks for the feedback. Indeed it seems the license isn't loaded anymore, we are checking with our vendor on this.

Was the software recently upgraded? It sounds like a licensekey needs to be downloaded from AMC and installed on the PBX.

The software was upgraded around 6 months ago, we just recently see this error.
Anyhow, turns out our vendor had to reload the licenses onto the little USB key to resolve the issue...
