I am trying to setup voicemail for 5312 phone. User can leave her name and greeting and record it after all instructions but when the phone rings it does not go to voicemail at all. How can I amend that? I also would like to find out if any user is on the phone then how incoming call can go directly to voicemail rather than keep ringing.

You need to assign a Call Reroute 1st alternative to point at your VM pilot number and then assign this to that phone in the Call Reroute Assignment form.

Or, hit the Blue Super Key and walk through the menu to forward it.

There is no option of voicemail under Blue Super Key.

You would be looking for call forward, but then I'm not sure that this will do what you are trying to do. If you want all of the sets to ring that is.
