Title: Re-enable disabled keypad
Post by: rbanse on August 10, 2010, 02:21:22 PM
We have a 5304 that is setup as a Hot Line with a disabled keypad. I need to re-enable this keypad but cannot find out where to do so in the web interface of our 3300 controller. Ideas?

To re-enable the keypad, you'll have to udo the Hot Line functionality.

This is all done in the Associated Directory Number form.

Maybe I misunderstood then. You're looking for the phone to be able to hit keys to send dtmf after its already had its handset lifted, and connected to the associated directory or ?

After the phone has been connected to the hot line, I want to have the ability to use the number pad for sending prompts (Press 1 for english, etc).  Right now, the number pad is disabled and my users can't get too far. I have another 5304 setup as a hotline with it's number pad enabled, and I can't remember how it was done.

A simple reboot of the phone took care of the problem for me,  :o
