Hi All,
I have some issue with users that have upgraded to IOS 10, They unable to connect to the UCA server Android users are fine just the IOS 10 users.
I was wondering if the server have to be upgraded to accommodate the IOS 10 user?
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, I had issues with iOS 10 and Windows 7-10 with UCA 6.0. We had to upgrade to UCA 7 for everything to work well. However, when we upgraded the server, version 6 of the app worked just fine again so we could roll out the app updates at an easier pace.
