Title: Disable options in voicemail boxes

Good Morning,

When hitting a voicemail box, I want to be able to disable the options within any particular mailbox.

For example, I have a DID pointing to a message only, extension type mailboxes. If I press 1 or any other option that is programmed as part of the auto attendant the call is transferred to what ever options is chosen. I want to be able to disable the ability to press any option during the recording then only be able to leave a message.

Any help would be great.

I also looking for the same. I just want allow user to leave a message and nothing else (disable transfer to the operator or so).

I will also apreciate any help.

I don't think you can do that with the embedded VM.
I think you'll have to upgrade to the NuPoint.

Thank you for your replies, I will probably not be successful convincing the customer to spend several thousands of eur for NuPoint just to do message recording for few extensions. We will probably use our IVR system that can do this very easily.
