I'm new to the world of Mitel. We just installed our first Mitel system on Friday. We're replacing all of our Notel systems nation wide. Question: When my users are on speakerphone calls they can't tell when they get a second call. The second line flashes but unless they are looking directly at it, they have no idea they're receiving a second call. Is there any way to let them know? I don't want the phone to ring continuously but rather the same way it does (abbr ring) when the handset is off hook.
Any help would be appreciated.

No there isn't. The phone doesn't provide audible ringing while on speaker phone.
A work around would be to add an analog line or a second phone and put it in a ring group so everything rings.
You could also put a analog line with a Beehive light that would be a very visual indication.

Would UCE give a toast popup on a second call?
