Title: Auto-Attendant redirect to operator

We are using the embed Mitel voicemail as a multi-level auto-attendant for incoming calls, how can we configure it so if the caller does not choose and option after a set amount of time it automatically forwards the call to the operator (option 0)

isn't that what it does by default, goes to mailbox operator?

The problem with a menu node mailbox is that the greeting will play 3 times before sending you to the operator. This is not always desired.
There is no way to change this.
