I'm wondering if the phone system stores a log of the path a call took...I have someone asking why a call was routed to a certain spot, and rather than stepping through programming, I'd like to pull up the log and have the phone system tell me what happened.

You can see call path in Call Center Suite reporting, but not easily available otherwise.
