Title: NuPoint on virtual MiCollab

Hello All...

First time setting up a virtual MiCollab with NuPoint.

My question is what is the proper way to do a backup of the NuPoint? I can do a back up of the MSL to desktop, but this does not include the NuPoint database. Also, since this is a virtual machine I cannot do a backup to USB. If I use the VMware client tools and export the NuPoint.ova file, will it contain the full database including greetings, messages, etc.?

Any advice appreciated

MSL backups include Nupoint.
