Title: Mitel 3300 RAD directory number showing Out of Service
Post by: synthesis on November 25, 2016, 08:58:48 AM
Hello. I used to have a working RAD directory number (505) attached to a VM port, but was not able to add a name to it under Telephone Directory since it was added in the VM ports form with Local-only DN set to true. So I removed the 505 RAD number and re-added it to the VM ports form on port 5. I then applied the RAD COS to it in the station attributes form (same COS used by other RAD numbers which work). Now when I dial 505 to test it, nothing happens for 3 sec, then the OUT OF SERVICE message is displayed.

Hello synthesis, check if the VM port has correct settings in Voice Mail --> System Greetings --> VM Greetings. There should be selected some "RAD set XX", also make sure the selected "RAD set XX" has one or more greetings configured in Voice Mail --> System Greetings --> VM RAD Greetings.
