Title: Scratchpad data missing

Hi

There was a re-profileof a windpws machine using the Mitel 5550 console

The IP console Tool Scratch pad is now blank

Wondering where this console stores its data

That way I may be able to retrieve from the old profile.

there is no file/save option on scratch pad so cant whittle down where the data would have been stored
