Hello,
Our Mitel box (3300 CX II) has been running fine for years, but just suddenly it stopped. Really don't know what happened but I can no longer access it via the web interface! Tried a hard before, no luck. Tried to reset, no luck. I can only ping it. At some point, I also thought the box might be rebooting itself. And the T1/E1 MMC module doesn't have any LED activity at all.
Please help! Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

maybe the hard drive has died.
You will need to plug a 9 way RS232 cable into the maintenance port on the front and connect with something like putty to see what the messages are, that will give you an idea what it is doing or trying to do.

markyb73 is exactly right. You'll need to connect to the system with a serial cable to watch to see what it's doing.
I'm suspecting you'll need to replace the hard drive. You should be contacting your dealer right away. You're going to need their help.

Thanks for the tip Ralph and Marky. Time to find that serial cable. :) Will update it here as soon as I have some results.
Thanks!

Okay. So I managed to get a copy of the PBX log but I really don't understand it. But I do get these error messages:
...

What does this mean?

Those first errors look like a bad HDD.
Do you have a recent backup?
-
I agree. That looks like a bad hard drive.
It will need to be replaced.

Okay so we've managed to install the software back. but we're still having problems receiving/making calls. The T1/E1 module only gives a solid RED status.
I got this error message from the maintenance log:
Programming mismatch for ASU on CIM: 1, installed: UK COMBO, programmed: UNKNOWN
Any ideas?

I'm not sure but it looks like your T1 card may have been installed in the wrong slot.

One of our tech guys is saying that it might be a T1/E1 card problem. However, I am unsure about this. I checked the Hardware modules form an I can see the card there. Could it be that there might be something wrong with the programming of the Digital Trunk?
My head is about to explode now and I am really confused. :-\
Please see screenshots for the error log.
Can anyone guide me. :'(

It looks like it programmed correctly.
Something that happens every once in a while is if your system if down for a while, the carrier will take the E1/T1 out of service so it stops giving them alarms on their end. You may want to call them next.
