We have a user that has a Mitel phone (5060 IP phone, I believe) with all the equipment.
We changed the public IP at the office and now her phone doesn't work.
Is there something we need to configure on the phone? If so, would someone send me instructions?

Probably she needs to change the teleworker IP address on her phone. To change the IP address she has to disconnect/reconnect the network cable, press and hold 7 key and then follow the on screen instructions.

Has the MBG server been reconfigured to reflect the new address? As mentioned you will also need to reconfigure the handset as per the above.

We entered the IP and didn't know how to submit. I tried many different keys until the down volume button worked.
