I found a couple of posts, but not did not really get a good yes or no on this. I have a Teleworker MBG that has a Expiration data coming up and I have been told that everything should function after it expires, but thought I would ask on here. Thank you.

is your server syncing correctly? the date should automatically extend after a sync.
the date only applies to virtual servers.

This is a virtual machine. The MBG is sending out e-mails saying it is a critical error. I have been in contact with our vendor who is saying from Mitel that the system will not shutdown. I am still concerned about it not being up and running on the 17th.

Can you go into the Status page and perform a Sync? If not, what is the error? You know you are connected to the internet because you have 13 phones connected, so most likely it's either a DNS setup or Firewall issues.

well, your vendor is a little bit wrong... It's true that your MBG won't turn into a pumpkin when the date expires *as long as it keeps running* but if your MBG is restarted (including upgrades), you'll have a pumpkin on your hands.
Fix the sync problem.

It looks like the unit is syncing fine. It connected this morning.

I would get your vendor to break the AMC Servicelink and re-establish it (you can't do it alone, it requires AMC access to clear the hardware ID), and if that fails tech support needs to get involved.
-
yeah, something going on, this:
# updated: Tue May 17 06:30:06 2016
means you're not really syncing.
-
meanwhile... don't restart!
-
Thank you everyone for the help. It turned out to be an issue on the AMC side. There was apparently no link to version 8.1 which was installed on the MBG. Mitel tech was able to update the record and when the unit did a sync the expiration date updated.
-
Hmm... sure been a lot of AMC issues lately, I have talked to the AMC License support people more in the last 6 months than I have in the prior 6 years.
Oh well, glad you got it all taken care of.

good news.
