Title: ARS Leading Digits

Hi,

 can someone please help me here, everytime I try to add ext 160-167 in form 9 it says that "access code conflicts with an ARS leading digits entry"

why is this happening ?

You probably have an ARS leading digit entry of 16 for something, look in form 26.
