Dear Mitel friends,
I programmed the guest rooms extensions to be able to make Wakeup call on guest room extensions, but it is not working.
I have the following FAC:
Hotel/Motel Room Monitor Listen: *91
Hotel/Motel Room Monitor Setup: *92
Hotel/Motel Room Personal Wakeup Call - Set: *93
Hotel/Motel Room Personal Wakeup Call - Cancel: #93
Hotel/Motel Room Status: *94
Hotel/Motel Room Wakeup Call From Guest Extension: *95
Hotel/Motel Room Wakeup Call From Guest Extension - Cancel: #95
Hotel/Motel Room Remote Wakeup Call - Set: *96
Hotel/Motel Room Remote Wakeup Call - Cancel: #96
For the COS of the guest room phones i selected all Hotel options to yes.
In the guestroom forms of the PMS on the Mitel i programmed all guest room extensions.
But still when i dial *95 i cannot make Wakeup call.
Can someone help me out ?
