Title: CCM WEB Reporting

Hello,

I have been asked to look into the following. Manager was running reports for a certain time period on a particular day and there seems to be zero reports during this time. However, calls were being made etc. so there should be data. What's the best way of tracking down the root cause as to why reporting wasn't working?

Run a summarise and try again, it under admin in the Client.
Check the SMDR and ACD files for the date in the PrarieFyre Data\Node directory
