Title: Troubleshooting Mitel 5200 3.1.2.18
Post by: eia on November 03, 2016, 11:33:33 AM
I'm looking for info on how to troubleshoot a Mitel 5200  3.1.2.18.
Is there a way to run a diagnostic check? I do see a diagnostics monitor available.
We had our vendor install a new T1 card recently and it seems to have come loose and needed to be reseated. The thinking is that maybe something else may be wrong with the box and i'm trying to investigate any errors/logs, etc. that may tell me more.
Thanks!

Just use the programming software to download the Message Print and look at it... but it sounds like the tech just didn't tighten the screw in. Insert the card and tighten the screw down, should be good.

Why do you suspect other issues?

Thanks for the reply. I did find this (screenshot) and it looks like it's mostly configured already. How can I download it though, i'm not seeing how to do that?
Thanks!
