Title: Factory rest hx 5000

Hi Mitel heads,

Got a HX here that won't default, can't ping, it seems toast to me!

I have tried changing IP settings via LCD panel, Defaulting (Doesn't seem to do anything)

Any ideas?

Can this be achieved by USB?

Tech support might be able to do something with you via USB, but there isn't much you can do...

If you can't get it to do anything via the front panel, likely a CF problem. Try another compact flash card, processor card, etc., normal troubleshooting processes.

Thanks for the reply, id tried to upgrade the box and now its saying faulty processor :/ bin it is.
