Title: Cell extension management

I'm new to the 3300 and just as my manager ran off on me for a holiday, he thought it would be funny to have me solve an issue in the system.

This is what I have been told so far: When I call his extension and then transfer to his cell phone (using the 6 key)  I get connected to Captain Morgan. I believe Captain Morgan has Jack Daniel's old cell phone. (Names have been changed if you haven't figured it out ;D)

When I log into the 3300, I have been told I'll "need to change the number associated to 46X series cell extension" but I have NO CLUE where I should even start. I clicked around a little but I think that just confused me more.

Much thanks in advance for your help, as I would like my boss to be confused as to how I managed to fix it without him  ;)

ok first of all when are you pressing 6 and what is prompting you to press 6? I'm guessing voicemail if so, is it embedded or external voicemail?
