Title: Java Issue (Cannot upload music files) Mitel 3300 ICP MCD 4.2

Hello mitel friends,

I am having an issue that i cannot upload music files. My java on mi laptop will not work. I download a few old java files but still nothing.
Is there a link where i can download a working java file so i can install it on my laptop ?
I have now Java 8 Update 111 ;  Java (TM) 6 Update 45 ; Java SE Development  Kit 8 Update 91 installed on my laptop

Please advise.

Why do we think it is Java and not the music file type or any other issue?

Look up KB 12-5191-00282 on Mitel OnLine. There was a change to how Internet Explorer handled the Java requests in ESM and it requires you to upload an updated file to the controller.

I had an laptop with xp. Downloaded java on the laptop and it is working.
Going to upgrade the pbx to MCD7.x
