Title: Mitel intermitent restart

Hello,

I'm very new to Mitel System, we have a strange problem between our networked locations.
Each location has its own Mitel system.

We have an intermittent restart of the system (every 2 days), each time in different locations.

I need help to diagnosis whats wrong? any guidelines will help.

Are you monitoring the memory utilisation? They will restart if that hits something like 98%.
 
What version are they on?

Maintenance logs will generate a couple of log messages with a Source of "AppStartup" when the system restarts, search for those messages and see what they say.

I had that happen once.
It turned out to be a bad controller.

Is there a programmed reboot scheduled?
