Title: ACD path to voicemail
Post by: Simons on October 20, 2016, 05:57:36 AM
Hi everyone

Can't work out this issue.

We have an ACD path which interflows to a single line key on a phone which in turn has voicemail. Sounds simple. However it doesn't hit the voicemail box and continuously rings. However if i put in another voicemail box which i know works then it's fine. I've logged into the mailbox and a greeting has been setup so i'm baffled as to what the problem is.

I'm using MCD 6.0 SP3

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Thanks
Simon

Even though the single line key has voicemail you still need to get it to the voicemail system via routing or call forwarding.
Can you confirm this? Does dialling the single line directly send the call to VM.

Genius, looks like that's done the trick.  :)

I went into Call Rerouting and set the Day, Night and Night 1 to point to voicemail and it does what i need it to do :)

Thanks again for your prompt response.
