Title: No Handoff in MiCollab desktop client

We have a customer that has UCC v4 Premium licenses and they are not getting the hand off button in the MiCollab client active call box.

Has anyone else had this issue and were you able to fix it?

Check in MiCOllab, Applications, MiCollab Client Service, Features, LOicensed Features Usage, Mobile Handoff

Yes that is enabled. We have already checked that.

Does the user have another IP device set up under his username?

The user has a Deskphone, MiCollab desktop client softphone, EHDU for mobile carrier and MiCollab mobile client softphone. All of which are in the same multi device group.

The incoming call screen popup will offer me a drop down next to the answer button that lets me direct the call to other active devices in the multi device group. So I know the group set up is working.

Any ideas?
