Title: transfer prefixes a T to the Caller ID

it appears that the T ( for trunk?) is being prefixed on warm transfers,  can i stop it from doing that?

Prefixed to what?
If you're talking about SMDR then no.

here is the scenario,
i make a call from mitel phone to outside phone
i then warm transfer the call to another mitel phone
the caller id on the transfered to phone shows the outside phone callerid with a prefixed T

so ext. 1234 calls 13125551234
1234 transfers 13125551234 to 9876
display on 9876 shows T3125551234

That's a new one to me.
I haven't see that one before.
Maybe someone else has.
