A customer wants to use Enhanced E-mail to VM using office 360 Hybrid on 2016 Exchange server . Not sure if this is compatible .

pcreedon,
Exchange 2016 is not a supported version for Unified Messaging, but that doesn't mean it won't work; it's just not supported.
If you have issues then Mitel is not obligated to get it working for you and Tech Support may or may not go very far with it.
Thanks,
TE

Microsoft Exchange 2016 is not supported on 6.0 and 6.1
Microsoft Exchange 2016 supported on 6.2

pcreedon,
Nice, I didn't realize they added that with version 6.2. So, if your customer is on version 6.2 then you can call into Mitel and get support with no issues. If they are not on 6.2 then they may require that you upgrade to 6.2 to get support to go any further if a simple configuration issue doesn't fix it.
Thanks,

Remember that support for CS chassis has ended and the last software level that is supported is 6.1, do not attempt to upgrade to 6.2. I haven't tried this, it might just fail or it might seriously hose things up.
In order to upgrade to 6.2 or further software levels, an HX chassis is required.

We got Enhanced integration to work on MS Exchange 2013 in house . But cant get it to work using office 360 Hybrid on 2016 .

pcreedon,
I am not sure that a Hybrid version of Exchange 2016 is what Mitel would have tested and verified as "working" for Enhanced Integration. It would probably depend on how the Hybrid was setup in the first place, but my guess is that it wouldn't work in that deployment.
If I can find the time I will look into the matter more thoroughly, but right now I would try just setting up the Exchange 2016 as a stand-alone server and get it working that way first.
Thanks,
TE

Our house system is a CS and we upgraded it to 6.2 and so far we have not had any problems. We went from 5.1 to 6.1 and then we went for 6.2 to see what would happened if anything.
