Mitel 5000: in the user web portal, how do you turn on the new messages under history or the messages icon?

I don't think that's a choice, I think it's always on.  But I believe only messages that appear on the phone will show; if FORWARD ONLY is your choice in db programming they won't show up here because they're not on the phone.  Or if you listen to them and don't save they'll be gone.
