I had UC Advanced 3.0 client working on PC for quite sometime and everything was fine. Windows did an update and now it will not start. It crashes when connecting web services. Any thoughts? Error message is attached. I have uninstalled the Windows Update, but no luck.

The best thing I would do is to un-install and re-install the UCA client.

Also in your user\appdata folder there are some settings you might want to delete.

I think you must delete those files. The uninstall leaves them and you must manually delete them. If not you most likely will have the same issue after the reinstall.

Deleting the files/folders from users\appdata and re-installing did the trick. Everything is working great!
