Title: VM Mailboxes unable to make changes
Post by: tommyclowers on September 29, 2016, 12:22:45 PM
So here is an odd one that has me stumped. When logging into our Mitel controller I can make changes on all menu items I have tried except for VM Mailboxes. I choose a mailbox number/name and click the Change button, the window to make changes never shows up.

User and Device Config works just fine, choose a number/directory name and click the change button, window pops right up to make needed changes. Why has this all of a sudden stopped working for VM Mailboxes?

Java is up to date, same issue happens in IE and Firefox

I've had all kinds of trouble with 6.0 because of changes in IE an FF.
I finally found that if I install FF Portable version 36.01 (install it in its own directory and run with the -no-remote option) that everything works just fine.  Be sure to disable automatic updates.
